Restorative Yoga Workshop in Central Square

In this two-hour workshop, we’ll explore and deepen our understanding of the muscles of the Head and Neck, Shoulder Girdle and Upper back, and learn how to release the most common trigger points using purposeful touch, tennis ball massage, stretching and strengthening.

We will finish our intuitive study and exploration with a restorative slow flow to bring the whole system into balance that will leave you feeling grounded in your body, and nourished in the “moving power” of the energetic body.
