Are you seeking flexibility and fluidity on your mat? Join Ana Schreck to feel each pose, learn different variations, and use props to find “your pose within the pose.” You will find what is healthy and nourishing for you to become confident on your mat and beyond. This workshop includes a yoga practice to weave all the poses together.
The workshop will cover these poses in detail:
- pigeon pose (kapotasana)
- bound angle (baddha konasana)
- forward fold (uttanasana)
- seated forward bend (paschimottanasana)
- downward facing dog (adho mukha savasana)
All levels are welcome! This workshop is for beginners and anyone who wants to discover more flexibility. Bring a friend and/or loved one for support and a discount.
We will take photos to aid in the visual understanding of how the pose feels and looks for you. Please bring your own camera or phone with a camera.
