- Hold Space:
Kundalini yoga is an integrated system of yoga, breath, rhythm, dance and chanting focusing on consciousness. In this class we will be focusing on the meditational aspect of the Kundalini practice, and tapping into the vast reservoir of this tradition. We will include some gentle yogic movement and pranayama as well a deep relaxation in every class.
