Join us to quiet your Monkey Mind, as Sara guides you through a refreshing vinyasa-style flow. Focus is on your body’s intelligence, informing you how to strengthen, stretch, re-align, and release postural habits, through every posture and transition.
Flow will culminate in an inversion, balance, or deep stretch. The practice will end with longer held, supported restorative postures to continue enriching mindfulness of your body. Savasana (corpse pose) will be offered for 10-15 minutes.
Ample suggestions of modifications and prop use will be offered. Appropriate for beginners through those with an established practice.
