Come join Sara Valverde for a New Year renewal, with both internal and external de-cluttering.
In the first hour of the workshop, Sara will guide you through a yoga practice focused on ¨de-cluttering¨ a few common posture habits, such as lordosis in the lumbar spine and chronic locking in the knees. As you practice becoming more aware of these habits through many asanas, you’ll be able to start un-learning those habits as you go forward in your yoga practice.
In the second hour of the workshop, Sara will focus on de-cluttering something in your off-the-mat life (like in your home, or your office/workspace). You’ll explore and discuss the connections between clutter and health – both mental, physical, and emotional health.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have identified an area in that you want to de-clutter, and come up with an action plan that lets you leave empowered to reclaim your space!
