Healing Yoga

Pradhuman Nayak’s Personal Healing Yoga workshop is a custom practice, tailored specifically for your body’s needs, using pranayam and asana to strengthen and loosen what needs strengthening or loosening. Chances are, each person in the room is going to experience a unique practice.

Capped at five students per month, these evening workshop series are designed to allow deeper, more tailored instruction over a longer time frame, with custom practices designed over a month-long commitment, rather than individual classes for drop-in students. (Regular Healing Yoga classes will still be happening as well.)

To support our students’ commitment to a deeper process, Pradhuman is discounting these Personal Healing workshops so that each month’s series costs only $15 per week ($5 less than the individual public Healing Yoga classes).

To ensure personal attention, each month’s series is strictly capped at five students, and registrations are by month, not by class. Drop-ins will not be permitted, and individual sessions cannot be transferred, as these are essentially private workshops being custom tailored over the course of multiple sessions for the registered participants. If, however, you are unable to attend any series, please reach out to let us know what other times could work for you, and we will try to find a way to run more than one series per month. You are also always welcome to join the larger Healing Yoga classes if you are unable to commit to a full series.

Our Central Square studio is at 763 Massachusetts Avenue, just a couple blocks from the Central Square T stop as you walk toward City Hall, the Post Office, and Harvard. Our entrance is the big pair of double doors just to the right of the Life Alive restaurant. Buzz #7 on the intercom (to the left of the doors) to ring up for entry. We’re on the second floor.
