Caitlin Green (M.Ed) is a mindfulness and stress management educator. She is a certified yoga instructor and life coach. Her mission to help people who want to tame their inner critic and cultivate greater ease, presence, and authenticity in both their personal and professional lives. She is also the co-founder of Vivacious Life, a well-being retreat and corporate wellness programming company.
