Spring has sprung ~ come celebrate the season of new beginnings every Saturday morning with Mally in this 90-minute moderate yoga class. This season, we will explore spring-centered postures and practices, and dive into themes like detoxification, spring cleaning, rebirth, food and flower meditation, and so much more!
This will be a moderate yoga practice with plenty of opportunity to lean into a more gentle or vigorous experience.
All levels of experience welcome!
